Phoenixville Pharmacy Named Finalist for National Award
If you travel down Nutt Road, you might notice the mural commemorating Phoenixville’s family-owned and operated pharmacy. Serving Phoenixville since the 1950s, Gateway Pharmacy prides itself on being an independent pharmacy in a competitive industry. Despite being up against chain pharmacies, Gateway is a finalist for Good Neighbor Pharmacy’s national award.

Gateway is part of the Good Neighbor Pharmacy network, which specializes in locally-owned pharmacies across the United States. This year there are 3 finalists for the Good Neighbor Pharmacy of the Year Award.
Phoenixville’s pharmacy nomination is accompanied by a video showing the outstanding service to the community. It also explains what makes Gateway unique compared to the larger chain pharmacies.

Residents can vote for the family-owned pharmacy every day from July 1 to July 15. You also have a chance to win a $250 American Express Visa gift card for voting.
