Uncle B’s BBQ Closes Its Doors

Inside of Uncle B’s – Taken by Bizcolumnist.com

If you’re in the mood for southern-style comfort food, you’ll have to find a new spot in Phoenixville. Last week, Uncle B’s Real Deal Southern Style BBQ announced it would be closing its doors on November 27. Citing personal reasons, the Phoenixville hot spot is fulfilling its Thanksgiving orders and stepping away.

It’s unfortunate to hear of a small business closing its doors. Uncle B’s always felt like home. Many people in the community turned to the kitchen staff at Uncle B’s for a true southern experience–sauce always on the side. From the mouth-watering BBQ to the trivia nights, it was a place for people to come together.

Bizcolumnist.com had the opportunity to sit down with Brian and Beth at the restaurant earlier this year. The couple was welcoming and willing to extend their hands to anybody in the community–especially to help kickstart this blog. They believed that so many members of the community helped them, and they wanted to do everything they could to help others succeed as well.

Check out the announcement on Instagram.

At Bizcolumnist.com, we wish them well on their new journey. Thank for you everything you have done for the community!

But we will miss that Kansas City sauce. Oh, and the pulled pork sandwiches.
