Whatever the reasons may be, it might be difficult to dine out in the comfort food style of America. In Phoenixville, there are tons of menu options for veggie-based consumers. 

  1. Root Down Brewing Company

Root Down has the biggest vegan presence in Phoenixville. Every Wednesday, they have an event called Vegan Vibes. Vegan specials start at 4:00 p.m. The brewery has a full menu dedicated to vegan food. 

  1. Uncle B’s 

Who would have thought a southern barbecue joint would have vegan (v) and vegetarian (veg) items on the menu. It’s unique because it’s the only place in Phoenixville where you can get a smoke jackfruit sandwich–that’s vegan too!

  1. Great American Pub 

GAP is a classic bar and grill with ample seating inside and out. The restaurant has a full vegan menu. 

  1. Tai Me Up 

This diverse vegan menu thinks of the little things like cooking with coconut milk. The restaurant even says there is no MSG or fish sauce in the dishes. All options are served with or without tofu. 

  1. Aman’s Indian Bistro 

If you’re not into going downtown, Aman’s has a vegetarian menu. Aman’s Indian Bistro offers a variety of different vegan and vegetarian choices.

It’s not uncommon for noodles to be considered vegan. The menu has several miso items with vegan options.

Comfort food. Vintage Bar. Great nightlife. Check out Bistro. The menu annotates all vegan and vegetarian items with a leaf icon.

You can opt for a Burrito Vegetariano, stuffed with spinach, bell peppers, onions, and mushrooms.

  1. El Limon

This is a newer Mexican restaurant in Phoenixville. According to the menu, most of the entrees have a vegetable substitute.

It isn’t specifically called out in the menu, but there are options for vegans and vegetarians. The grilled pita wraps feature falafel, hummus, and baba ganoush.

This restaurant and brewery also feature a leaf icon next to its menu items. Iron Hill is a franchise across Pennsylvania.

This contemporary cuisine restaurant has a vegetarian menu. Meals like the Eggplant Parmigiana and the Spaghetti with San Marzano sauce do not contain cheese if you’re looking to keep it vegan.

This European restaurant has options labeled with (V) next to the dish. The options are mostly vegetarian but can easily be vegan by removing the cheese.
