The Phoenixville Apartment Complex Establishing a Community-Focused Lifestyle
Over the past couple of years, our lives have changed. Everything from work environments to social interaction, we’re still navigating the return to normalcy. The one thing people cherish more now than ever is quality of life. The ability to work from home or move anywhere in the world has opened endless opportunities for individuals to choose how they want to live. Luxor, a Phoenixville apartment building, is providing a way for people to live a community-focused lifestyle.
Establishing Community
It isn’t uncommon to travel north from Philadelphia and see luxury apartment banners all along the highway.
“Now Leasing!”
The same can be said for Luxor, which is quickly finding itself engulfed in Phoenixville’s welcoming community.
Sarah Guthrie, Luxor’s community manager, says the location is unique for current residents. The community resides on the west side–away from the hustle and bustle of Bridge Street–but gives residents the ability to walk or utilize the ride-share program to visit downtown.
Luxor’s lifestyle brand aligns with the community of Phoenixville. The building’s lounge areas are meant for resident interactions and to hold community-focused events.
The building is looking to host events for non-profits, like the Phoenixville Jaycees, to ingrain a deeper meaning of community. Upcoming events are pending announcements but should be community-focused.
What’s It like living in Luxor?
It’s about having a lifestyle based on the community. Walking into Luxor you see the focal point of the building–the bar and lounge area. Equipped with a wall-sized TV, foosball, and billiards, residents are able to interact with one another.
The outdoor layout is similar to a resort, fixed with grills, cornhole, and greenery. Residents can immerse themselves in activities with the community. In the near future, a secluded pool area will be fitted to the side of the building.
The building opened just shy of a month ago and is 12% occupied and 26% pre-leased. The hope is to bring more people to the Phoenixville community to partake in shopping, eating, and volunteering. No matter what your interests are, there’s something for everyone in Phoenixville.
