It’s not easy being a pizza joint. Everybody is a critic. Some people love pepperoni. Some people love pineapples. No matter what you prefer, pizza is a universally loved food. However, you must leave your neighborhood to reach Providence Town Center where this new artisan restaurant resides. Heads up, the Collegeville pizza game changed when Ember and Ale opened in June.

Ember + Ale: Artisan Pizza and Craft Drinks

This isn’t your $2 slice of pizza–this is a culinary experience. As eloquently said on the website, “…Ember + Ale is more than just a watering hole; it’s a culinary journey that marries the artisanal finesse of Neapolitan pizza with the bold flavors of American BBQ. The smoky aroma of slow-cooked meats mingles with the charred crusts of wood-fired pizzas, creating a symphony of taste and texture that delights the senses…”

That’s a proper description for a place to sit and feast on a unique style of pizza. Yet, Ember has more than cheesy delights. The restaurant provides soup, salads, sandwiches, and other foodie cravings. Take a bite of the Chardonnay Sausage Bites or grab a hearty spoonful of the Italian Wedding Soup.

Another focus of Ember and Ale is in its name and nothing pairs better with pizza than a beer. You can even stay local by getting Stable 12 on tap.

Additionally, Monday through Friday, the deals are even tastier because customers receive 50% off all appetizers and a $5 draft pours the house-made beer from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

But hey, if you’re not a beer person there are plenty of spirits to choose from as well.

So if you’re a pizza enthusiast, beer aficionado, or self-proclaimed foodie—you need to check out Ember + Ale.
